President Tran Dai Quang receives Governor Kiyoshi Ueda of Japan’s Saitama prefecture,

At a reception in Hanoi on Thursday for Governor Kiyoshi Ueda of Japan’s Saitama prefecture, President Quang said it’s now the best time for Japanese and Saitama businesses in particular to invest in Vietnam. Quang said he believed that Vietnam’s economic growth will bring new opportunities for Japanese businesses. Mr. Kiyoshi Ueda said the Saitama prefecture will support local businesses to invest in Vietnam. He expressed his hope that the Vietnamese President and relevant agencies will facilitate Saitama businesses to expand their investment in the country.
