(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam detected no new cases of COVID-19 on Saturday morning but confirmed the 31st victim who died of COVID-19 complications.

The Ministry of Health said that the 28-year-old man from the central province of Quang Nam died of pneumonia caused by COVID-19 complications, septic shock, irreversible multi-organ failure in a patient with acute leukemia and myelosuppression. He has made the youngest COVID-19 death in Vietnam so far.
Vietnam has recorded 1,038 coronavirus infections. 663 of the patients have recovered.
