Vo Thi Hong Anh, President of the Association of Cities in Vietnam, said better communication has created a stronger connection and more cooperation among cities where related parties can deal with common challenges they face in economics, society, and environment. Such cooperation has helped improve the cities’ capacity in urban planning and development, she added.
