(VOVworld) - 160 outstanding businesses were honored for their strong brand names at the Golden Dragon Awards held at Hanoi Opera House on Saturday. Addressing the event, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Thanh Bien urged the businesses to strengthen cooperation and share experiences in the face of global economic difficulties. This is the first year the event has gathered together 160 outstanding businesses, including 70 foreign-invested enterprises that received Golden Dragon Awards and 90 Vietnamese businesses recognized as strong brand names. The awards aim to acknowledge the FDI businesses’ contributions to the national process of integration and development.
