(VOVworld) – Director of the Korean National Police Agency Kang Sin Myeong has concluded a visit to Vietnam. During talks with Minister of Public Security General Tran Dai Quang on Monday, they agreed to boost cooperation in crime prevention and increase delegate exchanges and mutual assistance in personnel training. They witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the External Relations Departments of Vietnam’s Public Security Ministry and the Korean National Police Agency.
