Vietnamese leaders send congratulatory messages to mark US Independence Day
(VOVworld) - President Truong Tan Sang and Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung sent messages of congratulations to US President Barrack Obama on the 238th anniversary of US Independence Day July 4th. National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung also sent a congratulatory message to US Vice President Joe Biden and Speaker of the United States House of Representatives John Boehner.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh also sent a congratulatory message to his US counterpart John Kerry.
