(VOVworld) – Vietnam’s Embassy in Russia on Sunday laid wreaths and burned incense at President Ho Chi Minh’s monument in Moscow to mark the 83rd founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam. All embassy staff and representatives of Vietnamese associations and organizations in Russia were led by Ambassador Pham Xuan Son in the tribute.
