The Binh Thuan provincial People’s Court requests that Mr. Park Hae Won, who was born in 1958 and holds Republic of Korea citizenship and passport (VP1508046) issued on July 1, 2004, attend the first trial in the divorce case with Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Suong. Mr. Park Hae Won’s most recently known address is 185 Seonggeon-dong, Kyungju-si, Kyungsangbuk-do, Korea. The trial will begin at 8am (local time), April 19, 2017, at 16 Nguyen Tat Thanh road, Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province, Vietnam.

If Mr. Park Hae Won is unable to attend the first trial, the second trial will be held at 8am (local time) on April 26, 2017 at the above-mentioned address. If Mr. Park Hae Won is not present at both trials, the Binh Thuan provincial People’s Court will carry out necessary procedures as stipulated by law.
