(VOVWORLD) - The Binh Thuan provincial People’s Court would like to inform Mr. Dinh Ngoc Son (Son Ngoc Dinh) on the divorce case filed by Ms. Tran Thi Minh Thu.
US citizen Dinh Ngoc Son (Son Ngoc Dinh) was born in 1984. His most recent known address is 2586 Redfield Dr, Norcross GA 30071, USA.
Ms. Tran Thi Minh Thu was born in 1997. She lives at No. 35/4, Vo Liem Son Street, Quarter 11, Phu Thuy Ward, Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province.
In the Decree of Divorce No. 02/2022/HNGĐ-ST dated January 24, 2022, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:
1. Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Mrs. Nguyen Tran Thi Minh Thu and Mr. Dinh Ngoc Son (Son Ngoc Dinh) are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
2. Court fee: Ms. Tran Thi Minh Thu has to pay 300,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt No. 0009561 dated December 21, 2020 by the Binh Thuan Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement.
If Mr. Dinh Ngoc Son (Son Ngoc Dinh) chooses to appeal, all related documents should be sent to the Binh Thuan provincial People’s Court at 16 Nguyen Tat Thanh, Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province, Vietnam. (Tel: 0252.3824426)
If there is no response from Mr. Son after one month, the Court’s decision will come into effect.
