Pursuant to Articles 28, 35, 37, 147, 228, 273, 477, and 479 of the Code of Civil Procedure of Vietnam; Articles 51, 53, 56, 122, 123, and 127 of the 2014 Vietnamese Law on Marriage and Family; and Resolution No. 326/2016/UBTVQH14 dated December 30, 2016 of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Court decision was stated as follow:

1. Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Mr. Ly Randy Tuan and Ms. Tran Nguyen Hoang Dung are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.    

2. Court fee: Ms. Tran Nguyen Hoang Dung has to pay 300,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt No. 0007361 dated November 27, 2020 by the Binh Thuan Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement. Ms. Tran Nguyen Hoang Dung already paid.

3. Ms. Tran Nguyen Hoang Dung has to pay the translation and authentication costs of judicial entrustment documents and the notice-posting fee. Ms. Dung already paid.

Mr. Ly Randy Tuan has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decision is announced. The duration for Ms. Tran Nguyen Hoang Dung to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 30 days after the decree is announced.
