(VOVWORLD) - The Binh Thuan provincial People’s Court would like to inform Mr. Nguyen Phi Hung, born in 1969, on the divorce case filed by Mrs. Hoang Thi Ngoc Mai, born in 1989.

Ms. Hoang Thi Ngoc Mai’s address is 113 Hoang Hoa Tham, zone 10, Phuoc Hoi ward, La Gi town, Binh Thuan Province.
In the Decree of Divorce No. 03/2023/HNGĐ- ST dated February 20, 2023, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:
1. Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Mrs. Hoang Thi Ngoc Mai and Mr. Nguyen Phi Hung are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
2. Court fee: Mrs. Hoang Thi Ngoc Mai has to pay 300,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt No. 0008047 dated March 21, 2022 by the Binh Thuan Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement.
If Mr. Nguyen Phi Hung chooses to appeal, all related documents should be sent to the Binh Thuan provincial People’s Court at 16 Nguyen Tat Thanh, Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province, Vietnam. (Tel: 0252.3824426)
