In the Decree of Divorce no. 32/2020/HNGĐ-ST dated October 16, 2020, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:
1. Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Ms. Tran Le Thi Hoa and Mr. Steven Vo are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
2. Court fee and other fee: Ms. Tran Le Thi Hoa shall pay the civil trial court fee of 300,000 VND, which was taken from the advance court fee she already paid as described in receipt No. 0029972 dated September 13, 2019 by the Binh Thuan’s Department of Civil Judgment Execution.
