Ca Mau Court’s ruling on divorce case involving Kim Yeonguk, Ly Thi Ngoc Tham

(VOVWORLD) - The Ca Mau provincial People’s Court would like to inform Korean citizen Kim Yeonguk, born in 1980, about the ruling on the divorce case with Vietnamese citizen Ly Thi Ngoc Tham, born in 1993.

Mr. Kim Yeonguk’s most recently known address is No.1, Jugyo-gil, Anyang-Myon, Jangheung-gun, Jeollanam-do, Korea. His passport number is M16826769.

Mrs. Ly Thi Ngoc Tham resides at Group 2, Cai Doi Vam town, Phu Tan ward, Ca Mau province, Vietnam.

In the Decree of Divorce (No.06/2018/HNGD-ST) dated August 28, 2018, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:

- It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Mrs. Ly Thi Ngoc Tham and Mr. Kim Yeonguk are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.

- Mrs. Ly Thi Ngoc Tham and Mr. Kim Yeonguk have no children or shared asset and loans. The court has no decision on these matters.

- Mrs. Ly Thi Ngoc Tham is required to pay the first instance legal fee and the overseas judicial entrustment fee. The payment is deducted from the court fee advance she made on December 21, 2017 and January 10, 2018 at the Ca Mau provincial Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement, receipt No. 001232 and No. 001242. Mrs. Tham has fully paid the first instance legal fee and the overseas judicial entrustment fee.

- Mrs. Ly Thi Ngoc Tham also fully paid the fee for posting the announcement on VOVWORLD.

- If the judgments take effect under Article 2 of the Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement, Mrs. Tham and Mr. Yeonguk have the right to negotiate the enforcement, request enforcement, voluntarily execute the judgments, or be forced to execute the judgments under Article 6, 7, and 9 of the Law on the Enforcement of Civil Judgments.  

- Mrs. Ly Thi Ngoc Tham has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decree is announced. The duration for Mr. Kim Yeonguk to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 1 month after the decree is announced.
