(VOVWORLD) - The Can Tho municipal People’s Court would like to inform Mr. Le Vien Nang (LE, VIEN NANG; VIEN NANG LE; LE NANG VIEN), born in 1965 on the divorce case with Mrs. Do Mong Truc.
- Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Mr. Le Vien Nang and Mrs. Do Mong Truc are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
- Children: Ms. Do Mong Truc shall continue to foster their children: Jackson Do Le (son) born on July 21, 2009; Le Sophia (daughter) born on March 8, 2015; and Le Jennifer Ngoc (daughter) born on January 4, 2019. Mr. Le Vien Nang has the right to visit their children after the divorce.
- Shared assets and debts: There was no request for settlement. If disputes arise in the future relating to these matters, the parties involved are entitled to file another lawsuit as stipulated by law.
- First-instance court fees: Ms. Do Mong Truc has to pay 300,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit first-instance court fee as described in Receipt No. 0000245 dated May 05, 2022 by the Can Tho Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement. Ms. Do Mong Truc already paid.
Judicial entrustment fee: Ms. Do Mong Truc has to pay 200,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt No. 0001726 dated April 03, 2023 of the Can Tho Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement. Ms. Do Mong Truc already paid.
Ms. Do Mong Truc has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decision is announced. The duration for Mr. Le Vien Nang to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 30 days after the decree is announced.
