In the Decree of Divorce No. 73/2021/HNGĐ-ST dated July 13, 2021, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:

4. Right of appeal: Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh Truc has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decision is announced. Mr. PHAN, MIKE HUU has the right to file an appeal to the High Court in Ho Chi Minh city against the Can Tho Court’s ruling within one month after the decision is announced.
