(VOVWORLD) - The Can Tho municipal People’s Court would like to inform Mr. Tran Tony Long Bao about the ruling on the divorce case with Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Thuy, born in 1982.

Pursuant to Paragraph 1 Article 56, Article 123 of the 2014 Law on Marriage and Family; Article 28, Article 37, Paragraph 4 Article 147, Paragraph 1 and 3 Article 228, Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2 Article 479 of the 2015 Civil Procedure Code;
In the trial Decision of Marriage and Family No.141/2020/HNGĐ-ST dated October 29, 2020, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:
1. Marital relationship: Mr. Tran Tony Long Bao and Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Thuy are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
2. Children and shared assets and debts: The parties confirmed that they have no children or shared asset and debts. Therefore, the court has no decision on these matters.
3. Court fee, Procedure fee, Judicial entrustment fee: Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Thuy paid as described in Receipt No. 001104 dated June 14, 2019 by the Can Tho Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement.
4. Right of appeal: Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Thuy has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decision is announced. The duration for Mr. Tran Tony Long Bao to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 30 days after the decree is announced.
