The Quang Binh provincial People’s Court requests that Mr. Kim Hyo-dong, born on November 1, 1970, attend a trial on the divorce case with Mrs. Le Thi Ly, born on October 10, 1991.
Mr. Kim Hyo-dong holds a Republic of Korea passport (No: M51790567) issued on September 9, 2010.
Mr. Kim’s most recently known address is 252, Geumjeong-ri, Sindeok-myeon Imsil-gun, Jeollabuk-do, the Republic of Korea. Mrs. Le Thi Ly resides at Nhan Quang hamlet, Nhan Trach commune, Bo Trach district, Quang Binh province, Vietnam.
The court will begin at 8am (local time), July 25, 2017, at the headquarters of the Quang Binh provincial People's Court on Tran Quang Khai road, Nam Ly ward, Dong Hoi city, Quang Binh province, Vietnam.
If Mr. Kim Hyo-dong is unable to attend the first trial, the second trial will be held at 8am (local time) on August 25, 2017 at the above-mentioned address. If Kim Hyo-dong is not present at both trials, the Quang Binh provincial People’s Court will carry out necessary procedures as stipulated by law.
