(VOVWORLD) - The Quang Binh provincial People’s Court requests Korean citizen Choe Seong Hwan, born on August 1, 1978, attend a trial on the divorce case with Vietnamese citizen Nguyen Thi Thuy, born on August 10, 1986.
Mr. Choe Seong Hwan’s most recently known address is No. 477 Sulgok-ri Bongsan-myeon, Habcheon-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do, South Korea.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy’s most recently known address is Thanh Trach ward, Quang Trach district, Quang Binh province.
The court will begin at 8.00 am (local time), June 13, 2018 at the Quang Binh provincial People's Court on Tran Quang Khai street, Nam Ly ward, Dong Hoi, Quang Binh.
If Mr. Choe Seong Hwan is not present at the trial, the Quang Binh provincial People’s Court will carry out necessary procedures as stipulated by law.
