The Thai Binh provincial People’s Court would like to inform Canadian citizen Mr. Chan, Ming-Lung, born March 26, 1959, passport number: GA248331, issued on May 14, 2014 by the Canadian Consulate General in Hong Kong. His most recent address is Flat 3A, Block 5D, Tang Court, 168 Nga Tsin Wai Road, Kowloon, China. Mr. Chan, Ming-Lung is the legal representative of the COTEC Plastic Ltd. Co., as follows:
+ The working session to check the handover, access, and disclosure of evidence will be held at 14:00, Vietnam time, on September 22, 2020.
+ The 1st trial court session will be held at 8:00, Vietnam time, on October 14, 2020.
+ If the persons involved are absent, a 2nd trial court session will be held at 14:00, Vietnam time, on November 4, 2020.
Venue: The Thai Binh provincial People’s Court, 435 Tran Hung Dao street, Tran Hung Dao ward, Thai Binh city, Thai Binh province.
Mr. Chan, Ming-Lung is required to provide an interpreter at his own expense if he is unable to speak Vietnamese.
