(VOVWORLD) - The Tay Ninh provincial People’s Court would like to inform Repubic of Korean citizen Gim Insu, born in 1989, of the Decree of Divorce (No. 44/2018/HNGD-ST) dated June 25, 2018.
Mr. Gim Insu holds RoK passport M24643552. His most recently known address is 925 Songsan-ri, Hacri-myeon, Gochang-gun, Jeollabuk City, the Republic of Korea.
1. It is ordered and decreed by the Tay Ninh provincial People's Court that Mrs. Le Huynh Ngoc Tram, the petitioner, and Mr. Gim Insu, the respondent, are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
2. Mrs. Tram reports she and Mr. Insu have no children or shared asset and loans. Therefore, the court has no decision on these matters.
3. Mrs. Le Huynh Ngoc Tram has to pay the court fee and the overseas judicial entrustment cost. The payment is deducted from the court fee advance Mrs. Tram made on February 21, 2017 and September 6, 2017 at the Tay Ninh provincial Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement, receipt No. 0000118 and No. 0013375.
3. The petitioner has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling to the higher court in HCM city within 15 days after the decree is announced. The duration for Mr. Gim Insu to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling to the higher court in HCM city is one month after the decree is announced.
