(VOVWORLD) - The Tay Ninh provincial People’s Court would like to inform US citizen Nguyen, Khanh Quoc, born in 1962, about the ruling on the divorce case with Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh Xuan, born in 1980.

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh Xuan resides at No.53, Hamlet 1, Quarter 5, Ward 1, Tay Ninh city, Tay Ninh province, Vietnam.
In the Decree of Divorce (No. 53/2018/HNGD-ST) dated July 19, 2018, the court’s judgements were stated as followed:
1. Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh Xuan and Mr. Nguyen, Khanh Quoc are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
2. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Xuan has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decree is announced. The duration for Mr. Nguyen, Khanh Quoc to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 1 month after the decree is announced.
3. The Court also issued a ruling on the court fee.
Note: The appeal against the Court’s ruling should be submitted to the Tay Ninh provincial People’s Court at No. 80, Tran Phu street, Ninh Son ward, Tay Ninh city, Tay Ninh province, Vietnam.
If there is no response from Mr. Nguyen, Khanh Quoc within one month since this notice is publicized on VOVWORLD, the Court’s ruling on the case will take effect.
