In the Decree of Divorce No. 03/2020/HNGD-ST dated January 30, 2020, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:

1.     The court accepted Mr. Le Thong Minh’s request to divorce Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hanh.

2.     Martial relationship: The court decided that the marriage between Mr. Le Thong Minh and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hanh is dissolved.

3.     Children and shared assets and debts: Mr. Le Thong Minh and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hanh have no children or shared assets and loans. Therefore, Mr. Minh requested no settlement for these issues.

4.     Mr. Le Thong Minh has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decree is announced, in accordance with Clause 1 of Article 273 of the Civil Procedure Code. The duration for Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hanh to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 1 month after the decree is announced, in accordance with Clause 2 of Article 479 of the Civil Procedure Code.
