The Tra Vinh provincial People's Court would like to inform Mr. Huynh Ngoc Nam, born 1961, of the Decree of Divorce (No. 34/2017/HNGD-ST) dated August 11, 2017.

1. It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Mrs. Tran Thi Tuyet Van, the petitioner, and Mr. Huynh Ngoc Nam, the respondent, are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
2. The Court finds that there are no children of the marriage.
3. Mrs. Tran Thi Tuyet Van says there are no spousal common property and/ordebts in the marital period. The Court, thereby, does not take this matter into consideration.
4. Mrs. Tran Thi Tuyet Van has to pay a court fee of 200,000 VND. The amount is deducted from the court fee advance Mrs. Van made on March 18, 2016 at the Tra Vinh provincial Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement.
5. Mrs. Tran Thi Tuyet Van paid the overseas judicial entrustment cost.
The petitioner who was absent at the trial has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decree is announced. The duration for Mr. Huynh Ngoc Nam to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 01 month since the decree is announced.
