Marital relationship:  Mr. Dang Van Phuong (Đặng Văn Phương) and Ms. Duong Thi Kim Xuan are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.

The two have neither children nor shared assets.

The Court also ruled on Court fee and other procedure fees.

Ms. Duong Thi Kim Xuan has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decision is announced. The duration for Mr. Dang Van Phuong (Đặng Văn Phương) to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 30 days after the decree is announced.
