Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Van was born in 1956. His latest address is 9315  Bolsa Avenue, B35 Westminster, California  92683 , the United  States  of  America.   

In the Decree of Divorce No. 18/2024/HNGĐ-ST dated April 25, 2024, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:

Pursuant to: Article 51, 56, 123, and 127 of the 2014 Vietnamese Law on Marriage and Article 147; 153; 227; 469; 477; and 479 of the Civil Procedure Code, and Resolution No. 326/2016/UBTVQH 14 dated December 30, 2016 of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Court decision was stated as follow:

1. Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Van and Mrs. Tran Hai Hoang are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.  

2. Children, shared assets and debts: There was no request for settlement. 

3. Court fee: Mrs. Tran Hai Hoang has to pay 300,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt No. 0000479 dated July 03, 2023 by the Vinh Long Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement. Mrs. Tran Hai Hoang has already paid. 

4. Judicial entrustment fee: Mrs. Tran Hai Hoang has to pay 200,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt No. 0000485 dated July 05, 2023 of the Vinh Long Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement. Mrs. Tran Hai Hoang already paid the fee.

5. Mrs. Tran Hai Hoang has already paid the notice posting fee of 2,000,000 VND.

6. Mrs. Tran Hai Hoang has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decree is announced. The duration for Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Van to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 12 months after the decree is announced.   

If Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Van chooses to appeal, all related documents should be sent to the Vinh Long Provincial People’s Court, No. 500, Phuoc Nguon A group, Phuoc Hau commune, Long Ho district, Vinh Long province, Vietnam.

If there is no response from Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Van after 12 months, the Court’s decision will come into effect.
