In the Decree of Divorce (No.27/2019/HNGD-ST) dated June, 05, 2019, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:
1. Marital relationship: The court accepted Mr. Bui Dat Loc’s request to divorce Mrs. Ngan Kim To and decided that the marriage between them is dissolved.
2. Children: Mrs. Ngan Kim To and Mr. Bui Dat Loc have 02 children: To Bao Huynh (Isabella), girl, born on August 13, 2013, and Bui Thien Tuong (Vincent), boy, born on July, 09, 2015. The children will be raised by Mrs. Ngan Kim To, which is accepted by Mr. Bui Dat Loc. Mr. Bui Dat Loc has the right to visit the children.
