(VOVworld) - The Ministry of Transport and Da Nang city top the list of best administrative reformer in this year’s rankings. According to the Ministry of Home Affairs’ survey, the annual ranking was to quantify and compare administrative efforts between ministries and provinces. Minister of Home Affairs Nguyen Thai Binh was speaking at the result announcement ceremony on Friday:“The evaluation is comprehensive and offers a subjective review of administrative reform outcomes and the modernization of state administration as well as the quality of public servants.”

Speaking at the event, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc urged those lagging behind to identify weaknesses and ensure improvement next year. This is a part of a comprehensive administrative reform master plan by 2020.
