Citizen satisfaction with public services to be measured
(VOVworld) - 6 administrative procedures have been selected for assessment under a project to measure the satisfaction of citizens and organizations with the services rendered by State administration agencies this year. This was announced at Tuesday’s meeting between the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, and the Vietnam War Veterans in Hanoi to discuss a cooperative program to implement of the project.

Under this program, the district governments’ issuance of identification numbers, land ownership certificates, and licenses for house construction, and the communal authorities’ handling of marriage certificates, birth certificates, and notary papers, have been assessed. Final results will contribute to a general assessment and improvement of public administration services in the interests of citizens.
