Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee’s Communications and Education Commission, Pham Van Linh, said that Vietnam has made progress in human rights protection. He said more communications on human rights is underway to counter wrongful and hostile views in the excuse of democracy and human rights: “During the training workshop, participants will be equipped with background knowledge, practice and methods in human rights communications. Renewed and more convincing work must be done in communications in the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution.”
