(VOVworld)-78 folk art projects were honored at a ceremony hosted by the Vietnam Folk Art Association on Monday. 2 first prizes were awarded to the “Dong Duong Monastery-The Original Styles of Champa Art” and “Mo Muong Performances”.

The first project explores the history of the Dong Duong Buddhist shrine believed to be built in the central province of Quang Nam in the 9^th century,  while the second features different types of performances used in the rituals of the Muong ethnic group in northern Vietnam.
