Foreign diplomats introduced to “Day to explore Vietnam”
(VOVWORLD) - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Thursday launched this year’s “Day to explore Vietnam” for representatives of diplomatic corps and international organizations.

The event encourages them to learn more about Vietnam, said Ambassador Pham Sanh Chau, Special Representative of the Prime Minister of Vietnam on UNESCO Affairs. He added that through this program, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs hopes to fulfill its 2018 task of promoting a favorable environment for national development and international integration.
Since 2015, the annual program continues to help foreign diplomats get an insight into Vietnam’s history, culture, economy, society, business environment, and foreign policies. The event is considered an important information channel that contributes to deepening ties between Vietnam and other countries and promoting Vietnam’s image worldwide.
