Foreign military attachés praise VN’s ethnicity and religious freedom policy
(VOVworld)-A delegation of foreign military attachés to Vietnam has concluded their two-day visit to Central Highland provinces.

The delegation, led by French Colonel Didier Oustric, has met with local military officials and visited a number of military-run companies and hamlets in Gia Lai and Kon Tum. Colonel Didier Oustric thanked the Vietnamese National Defence Ministry for organizing the interesting trip and spoke highly of the Vietnamese Government’s policies on ethnic and religious groups. He was also in praise of military units’ efforts to improve local residents’ living conditions, considering it a good model for other countries, especially developing ones, to follow. The visit aims to improve mutual understanding, friendship and cooperation between the Vietnam People’s Army and other countries’ military forces for the benefit of peace, stability, cooperation and development in the region and the world.
