(VOVworld)-National Museum of Asian Arts Guimet in Paris has introduced to the public Vietnamese modern folk opera by performance of famous Vietnamese artists. Hubert Laot is in the museum’s art director:“Cai Luong or modern folk opera is an interesting art form originated from Vietnamese village culture. Through stages of development in a multi ethnic country, the art has been influenced by French opera in terms of theatre arrangement and literature. The art is almost unknown in France and that why we want to highlight the art here.”
