A parade celebrated Buddha’s birthday last year

(VOVworld) - Ho Chi Minh City’s Buddhist Sangha has drawn up plans to celebrate Buddha’s 2,556^th birthday. This will be a great festival of religious significance to Buddhist monks and nuns with activities including offerings to Buddha and a parade. From April 28 to May 5, the city’s 24 districts will also hold numerous arts events.
