(VOVworld) - Hue Festival will open on Saturday night at the ancient citadel’s Moon Gate. The opening ceremony features music and dance performances about Vietnamese land and people.


Deputy Chairman of Vietnam Choreographers’ Association and Director of Arts at the festival, Le Ngoc Cuong reveals: “The opening ceremony will introduce the public with Vietnam’s heritages and the potential of Hue as well as its international integration with foreign heritages. Contemporary art will the focus of the show representing modern life, renovation and development of cultural heritages.”

The festival will last for 9 days until next Sunday.
