“Children should have their voice heard to protect themselves"

Hundreds of primary and secondary school children joined the forum to talk to district leaders. Nguyen Minh Phuong, a 9^thgrader in Dong Anh District, said: “Children should have their voice heard to protect themselves and denounce bad practices by perpetrators. I have joined my school to prevent child violence and abuse by the development of life skills. Both boys and girls share equal role in this mission.”

The forum began in August with the participation of 23,000 pupils from 26 local schools.
