(VOVworld)-A stamp collection was issued on Thursday to celebrate the 2017 National Tourism Year in Lao Cai province and the north western region.

The stamp collection includes two sets of stamps, one for domestic and the other for international use. The stamps feature terraced fields, the most typical image of Lao Cai and other north western provinces, and Mount Fansipan, dubbed the “Roof of Indochina”.
