He asked the diplomats to be the direct and official information channel of the Party and State to facilitate the implementation of foreign policies. He said the representative offices must nurture Vietnam’s relations with the world for friendship, cooperation and security purposes. They should be updated about local development and present timely forecasts concerning international issues, while combating hostile forces’ distorted views.
