(VOVworld) – Public opinion supports the outcomes of the 11^th Party Central Committee which concluded earlier this week, highlighting the importance of building a strong and united personnel structure for the 12th Party Central Committee. Associate Professor Nguyen Trong Phuc, former director of the Institute of Party History, said: "It’s very important for the members of the 12^th Party Central Committee to be well-educated with good managerial skills and have a broad knowledge in various fields including politics, diplomacy, and national defense. They must lead a healthy and moral lifestyle while being responsible for their country and people."
Associate Professor Bui Dinh Phong, a senior lecturer at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration, hailed the determination of the Committee to not allow people with manifestations of corruption and political opportunism to become members. He said: "I think we should eliminate people with such manifestations from the committee’s personnel structure as soon as possible. Only by doing so can we gain the trust of the people."
