(VOVworld) – Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung on Saturday worked with key leaders of Kon Tum province on the implementation of long and midterm public investment plan for the next 5 years.

Mr. Dung urged the province to restructure agriculture towards high-tech production to create growth momentum. He asked Kom Tum to accelerate the disbursement of capital, improve the investment climate, develop border trade, improve the people’s living standards, and devise detailed measures for stronger breakthrough. Minister Nguyen Chi Dung stressed on future investment resources: “Assistance and investment from the central government’s budget will be difficult to access. That’s why our province should mobilize resources from the society. We need to think about how to do this. Kon Tum may apply the model of other localities in a creative and dynamic manner so as to secure resources for infrastructure development.”
