Seminar analyzes trade and service sectors after WTO membership
(VOVworld)-The development of Vietnamese trade and service businesses 5 years after Vietnam joined the WTO was the topic of a seminar in HCM city on Friday. Participants assessed Vietnam’s achievements over the past 5 years and discussed ways to overcome the challenges ahead. Experts proposed solutions to restructuring the national economy and growth paradigm, stabilizing the macro-economy, curbing inflation and accelerating administrative reforms. They also underlined the need to invest more in education and consolidate management skills. The seminar was co-organized by the Communist Party of Vietnam’s website and the Industry and Trade newspaper.
