(VOVworld)-The two-day event, themed “The Colours of Danang”, attracted five teams from Canada , China , France, Italy , and the host Danang-Vietnam team. The event was one of the activities to mark the 37th anniversary of the Liberation of South Vietnam and National Reunification Day (April 30). The fireworks festival included numerous cultural and sporting events, such a culinary festival, a fashion show and a music program. Some 400,000 Vietnamese and foreign tourists participated at the event, which aims to promote the beautiful image of Danang and its motto of "a city worth living in".
