(VOVworld)-The 6th festival of the International Federation of Cinema, Television, Tourism and Sports has concluded in Hanoi .

Films from Vietnam , Spain and Sweden won first prizes in the movie and archives categories. Head of the Organizer Board, Nguyen Xuan Vinh said that the festival was a good chance for Vietnam to introduce its culture, land and people to international friends:“The festival has a large number of participating entries. It biggest success is the gathering of all members of the International Federation of Cinema, Television, Tourism and Sports. The event has introduced Vietnam to the world.”

The first festival was held in Monaco in 1982.  Vietnam has taken part in the festival 12 times since it became an official member of the federation in 1999.
