(VOVworld) – A UNESCO team has conducted a survey of several tourist sites in Trang An ecological complex in Ninh Binh province. The 5-day trip which concluded on Sunday was aimed to assess the province’s dossier submitted to the UNESCO for recognition of Trang An ecological complex as a world heritage site.The team focused on the archaeological and cultural values of the surveyed sites and classified Trang An Cave as the core area. Dozens of grottos in the cave have shown that there are vestiges of the life of the ancient Viet people.
