(VOVworld)- The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Thursday released its Vietnam Business Annual Report 2012. This year’s report focused on economic growth, trade balance, foreign direct investment and world market trends. The report says that Vietnam has more than 312,000 businesses in operation with declining labor force but increasing capital accumulation. 80% of them are limited liabilities and joint stock companies and many are moving to non-manufacturing sectors. The report makes recommendation on administrative reform, transparency and forecast to improve the business climate. Vietnam Business Annual Reports, published annually since 2006, provide an overview of the society and economy and business community.
