Vietnam has seen a dramatic growth in the number internet users of more than 31 million, which is 10 times higher than in 2003. 16 million people are now connected to 3G technology, representing 18% of the population. Internet speed has been improved from initial analogue connection to broadband. Vietnam now has 19 internet service providers and is rated as one of the fastest internet growing market in the world.
