(VOVworld) – A Vietnamese cultural and cuisine festival was held for the first time in Teplice city, Usti Nad Labem province, the Czech Republic on Saturday.

The festival featured Vietnamese music and art performances and introduced Vietnamese cuisine to local people. Phan Dang Anh, Vice Chairman of Vietnamese Association in Usti Nad Labem province, elaborated: “As an ethnic group in the Czech Republic, the event was very significant, helping Vietnamese community there further integrate in the country. Integration does not only mean living or doing business there but integrating with their culture and customs. Such event is important to promote this effort”.
