(VOVworld) The Vietnamese embassy in Russia on Friday hosted a banquet for embassy staff, their families and the Vietnamese community in the country on the occasion of the tradition lunar new year. Ambassador Pham Xuan Son spoke highly of the mutual assistance among the Vietnamese community in the country, saying thanks to that thousands of new job were created and the community has been strengthened greatly.

The same day in France, the Vietnamese embassy held a get-together for the Vietnamese people living and working in the country. Ambassador Duong Chi Dung expressed his belief that the Vietnamese community in France will continue to contribute more to Vietnam’s development.

In the similar event in Japan, Vietnamese ambassador to Tokyo hoped that the Vietnam-Japan relationship will continue to leverage. He said that the embassy staff will exert further efforts to contribute to developing bilateral relations between the two countries and hoped that Japan keeps supporting and working closely with Vietnam.
