Hanoi works out programs to materialize Party resolution
(VOVWORLD) - The Hanoi Party Committee has discussed 10 working programs to implement key tasks for the 2021-2025 period in line with the 13th National Party Congress Resolution.

The programs include boosting science and technology, innovation, improving Hanoi people’s living standards, and developing urban areas and the urban economy in the 2021-2025 period.
Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Vuong Dinh Hue said this is the first time the development of urban areas and urban economy have been included in the Party Congress Resolution. He said the Politburo would consider promulgating a resolution on this domain.
“This program is of special importance as our urbanization rate has just reached 50 percent. Hanoi is implementing a project to urbanize 5 suburban districts in the next 5 years. Urbanization needs to be in line with industrialization,” said the Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee
