Binh Thuan releases three rare turtles back into the wild
(VOVWORLD) -The Binh Thuan Fisheries Sub-department on Wednesday released three rare sea turtles back to the natural sea area of Phan Thiet City.

The two hawksbill and one green turtles are among the rare and endangered sea turtle species listed in the World and Vietnam Red Lists, requiring strict protection.
These turtles were handed over to the Binh Thuan Fisheries Sub-department by the Dau Tieng Wildlife Conservation Station at the Wildlife At Risk organization. After being cared for and deemed healthy and well-developed, they were ready to be released back into their natural environment.
